November Meeting

Our next club meeting will be on Thursday 13 November when

Howard Burnett will be giving a talk entitled "Orchid Growing"

For many of us this will be welcome opportunity to learn how

to grow these beautiful plants

The meeting will be in the All Saints Centre starting at 7:30pm

Refreshments available & Doors open at 7pm

Please note that for safety reasons entrance to the Church will be by way 

of the door at the back of the Church - near to the main car park

2025 AGM 

The club meeting will be preceeded by our 2025 Annual General Meeting.  

We need members to join the committee to help us run the club.  

If you can help, please let me know.

2026 Club Holiday

Bookings are now being taken for the Club Holiday to Cheshire and Staffordshire.

 The holiday starts on Sunday 31 May and we will be based in Chester.

 

The cost of the holiday is £860 with a supplement for single occupancy.

The agent requires a non-returnable deposit £100 to secure a place.

Please note that we need 30 people for the holiday to go ahead

and that bookings will close on Thursday 8 January - January Club night.

If you are thinking about coming, I would like to learn of your intentions

as soon as possible, even if you would prefer to pay

the deposit nearer the day.

 

2026 Coach Trip

Next year’s coach trip will be to the RHS Flower at Badminton in July.  

Final arrangements are being made with the agents.  I hope to make an

announcement about bookings before the end of the month
